Anti-Phosphoserine/threonine Antibody
Our Anti-Phosphoserine/threonine rabbit polyclonal phosphospecific primary antibody from PhosphoSolutions is produced in-house. It detects human, mouse, and rat Anti-Phosphoserine/threonine and is antigen affinity purified. It is great for use in WB, ICC, IP.
Western blot analysis of A431 cells treated with calyculin A (100 nM) for 30 min (lane 1) then treated with lambda phosphatase (lane 2). The blot was probed with anti-Phosphoserine/threonine rabbit polyclonal at 1:1000.
