Western Blot of human heart lysate showing specific immunolabeling of Rad17.
Bulk Order Anti-RAD17 Antibody
Signals originating from damaged DNA activate checkpoint pathways and target the mitotic apparatus via a number a distinct mechanisms. These checkpoints link damage to DNA with the components of the cell cycle through signal transduction systems. The RAD17 gene product of Schizosaccharomyces pombe is an essential component of the checkpoint control pathway which responds to both DNA damage and disruption of replication.
Antigen Affinity Purified
Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids from the N-terminal region of human RAD17 protein
Recommended that the undiluted antibody be aliquoted into smaller working volumes (10-30 uL/vial depending on usage) upon arrival and stored long term at -20° C or -80° C, while keeping a working aliquot stored at 4° C for short term. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Stable for at least 1 year.
