Western Blot of T84 colon carcinoma cell lysate showing specific immunolabeling of ESE1. The antibody recognizes both isoforms of ESE1.
Bulk Order Anti-ESE1 Antibody
ESE-1 (for epithelium-specific Ets), is a novel, highly tissue-restricted member of the ets transcription factor/oncogene family, which has features distinct from those of any other ets-related factor. ESE-1 binds with high affinity to and transactivates the ets binding site in the promoter of the keratinocyte terminal differentiation marker gene, SPRR2A. ESE-1 is a critical regulator of epithelial cell differentiation.
Antigen Affinity Purified
Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids from the N-terminal and C-terminal regions of human ESE1 protein
Recommended that the undiluted antibody be aliquoted into smaller working volumes (10-30 uL/vial depending on usage) upon arrival and stored long term at -20° C or -80° C, while keeping a working aliquot stored at 4° C for short term. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Stable for at least 1 year.
