Our BRSV rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from PhosphoSolutions is produced in-house. It detects bovine respiratory syncytial virus, BRSV, and is antigen affinity purified. It is great for use in WB.
Bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV) is a pneumovirus in the family Paramyxoviridae, and is an important contributer to acute respiratory disease in postweaning calves and feedlot cattle in the United States. BRSV infection is also considered one of the most significant causes of bovine respiratory disease in Europe. Although most infections are inapparent, the high prevalence of seropositive cattle in the United States indicates that the rate of infection is high.
Antigen Affinity Purified
Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids from bovine RSV F protein
Recommended that the undiluted antibody be aliquoted into smaller working volumes (10-30 uL/vial depending on usage) upon arrival and stored long term at -20° C or -80° C, while keeping a working aliquot stored at 4° C for short term. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Stable for at least 1 year.
