Western blot of rat hippocampal lysate showing specific immunolabeling of the ~180k NR2B subunit of the NMDAR phosphorylated at Tyr1336 (Control). The immunolabeling is completely eliminated by treatment with λ-Phosphatase (λ Ptase).
